Return & Cancellation Policy

At Annapurneswari Humanity Foundation, we value the trust and support of our donors and supporters. This policy outlines the terms related to donations, cancellations, and refunds.

 

1. Donations

  • All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable
  • Donations are used for charitable activities including education, healthcare, and community welfare initiatives
  • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned under normal circumstances

 

2. Cancellation of Donations

  • If you have made a donation in error, you must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if the donation has not been processed or utilized
  • Requests must be sent via email or phone with transaction details

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental multiple transactions
  • Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

 

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after donation
  • Delay in project implementation
  • Dissatisfaction with how funds are utilized (as all funds are used for charitable purposes)

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with:

  • Full Name
  • Donation Amount
  • Transaction ID / Reference Number
  • Date of Transaction
